The National Commercial Data Services Ltd a technology company
based on the island of Anguilla is seeking applications from qualified
individuals for the post of Manager with
an effective start date of May 1,
2009.
MANDATE
To plan, develop, organize, direct and manage the
production and delivery of the Company’s products and services and ensure that
policies, systems, regulations, standards, plans and budgets are developed and
implemented for the efficient and profitable conduct of the Company’s business operations.
SCOPE
OF THE JOB
The job carries responsibility for the
organizational, operational and management development so that company achieves
greater efficiencies and profitability.
PERSONAL
QUALIFICATIONS
The incumbent must possess well developed knowledge and skills of
Information Systems and Technology requirements, operational practices, work
methods, techniques, issues, perspectives and challenges, effective strategic
and business management skills, accounting, marketing and public relations, analytical,
diagnostic and problem solving abilities, interpretive judgment, project
management skills, negotiating skills and the ability to persuade others to
follow preferred desired courses of action.
These knowledges, skills and abilities are normally obtained in the
process of acquisition of a post graduate degree in a relevant discipline together
with at least three (3) years experience in a similar or related job function.
